The Real Restoration Guys works out of an office on East Camelback Road,serving Phoenix and 15 surrounding cities. We respond to water, fire, and mold losses in homes, high value residential properties, and commercial buildings across the Valley.Ask most restoration companies about flooding and you get a description of how it happens somewhere else. The story behind the company
Charles Cashwell started his entrepreneurial career in 2014, not in restoration but in logistics. After a furniture delivery driver opened his eyes to the income potential of moving services, Charles bought a truck, got hurt on his first job, and quickly pivoted to ownership. He hired a driver and a helper while he ran the phones and bookings. Within a few years, the operation had scaled into a multi truck business serving the greater Phoenix area.
The path into restoration came through his mother, a retired State Farm adjuster who worked the water and fire claims side for decades. She introduced Charles to the restoration industry years before he was ready to listen. It was a contents pack out job two years ago that finally clicked. He saw first hand how restoration is done, where the industry cuts corners, and what an honest, documented, fast response actually looks like to a homeowner in crisis. That experience also became the foundation of how the company handles contents work today.
The Real Restoration Guys is the next chapter. Same Phoenix base, same operational discipline, refined for a different category of work and built around a higher standard.
